Booking Confirmation Procedure

Should you wish to make a confirmed booking, a 25% accommodation deposit is required which is payable by bank transfer into our Tanzanian bank account. Balance accommodation payment is required via the same method one month prior to arrival date.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Customers cancelling reservations will be liable to pay the following charges - the time specified being the time between cancellation and the schedule arrival date:

  • 1 month - 25%
  • 14 days - 50%
  • 7 days - 75%
  • 48 hrs - 100%

(% of total invoice on room rate only)

Payment at the hotel can be made with the following:

  • Cash - USD, GBP, Euro and Tanzanian shillings
  • Card – Visa and Mastercard ONLY (5% service charge)
  • Traveller’s Cheques – USD, GBP (10% service charge)
