Booking Confirmation Procedure

Should you wish to make a confirmed booking, a deposit is required and then the balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Customers cancelling reservations will be liable to pay a cancellation fee as per their email correspondence with reservations manager.

Payment at the hotel can be made with the following:

  • Cash - USD, GBP, Euro and Tanzanian shillings
  • Card – Visa and Mastercard ONLY (5% service charge)
  • Traveller’s Cheques – USD, GBP (10% service charge)
